The 2024 Green Bay Packers Training Camp schedule (Version 1) came out the other day, so our mid-late summer schedule became much clearer. This year, for the first time, both the first public practice of camp (10:30 a.m.) and the annual Shareholders Meeting (3:00 p.m.) will be held on the same day — July 22, 2024. NOTE: we do not classify “Family Night” (August 3rd) as a normal practice — it is a ticketed event and is held at night. How does this year stack up against previous years as far as the number of open public practices? Well, here’s your answer:
2010: 25 Public practices + Family Night (Super Bowl XLV year, and the last year with two-a-day practices during camp)
2011: 21 Public practices + Family Night (*New CBA* signed)
2012: 20 Public practices + Family Night
2013: 19 Public practices + Family Night
2014: 16 Public practices + Family Night
2015: 16 Public practices + Family Night
2016: 15 Public practices + Family Night
2017: 14 Public practice + Family Night
2018: 14 Public practice + Family Night
2019: 18 Public practices + Family Night
2020: No Public practices due to COVID-19 (*New CBA* signed)
2021: 12 Public practices + Family Night.
2022: 11 Public practices + Family Night
2023: 12 Public practices + Family Night
