PACKERS PLAYER TO WATCH: LB Preston Smith. He has five sacks over his last four games and has a couple of two sack-performances in his last three games. Baltimore has struggled to protect the passer at times.
RAVENS PLAYER TO WATCH: TE Mark Andrews. With Lamar Jackson struggling and now dealing with an injury, Andrews might be Baltimore’s most consistent offensive player. He is 74 yards receiving shy of 1,000 for the season. He’s never reached that milestone.
KEY MATCHUP: Turnovers. Green Bay has been much better in this regard, and if that continues this week it’s going to be even harder for the Ravens to overcome their injuries.
KEY INJURIES: Both quarterbacks have had health issues. Jackson had to leave last weekend’s game with a sprained ankle and he missed practice time this week. Aaron Rodgers has been playing through a toe injury that has limited his practice time… Packers RT Billy Turner injured his left knee in the Chicago game, putting his status for the rest of the season in question. Green Bay OL Elgton Jenkins and TE Robert Tonyan already are out for the season with knee injuries… Packers LT David Bakhtiari (knee) hasn’t played all season but was practicing on a limited basis this week… Baltimore has lost several key players for the season. Plenty more have missed practice time this week, including DT Calais Campbell (thigh), OL Tyre Phillips (illness), G Ben Powers (foot), FB Patrick Ricard (back/knee), T Alejandro Villanueva (knee), WR Tylan Wallace (concussion) and CB Chris Westry (knee).
FINAL INJURY REPORT: GREEN BAY: OUT: T David Bakhtiari (knee), TE Dominique Dafney (ankle). DOUBTFUL: WR Equanimeous St. Brown (concussion). QUESTIONABLE: WR Malik Taylor (abdomen), WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling (back). LIMITED: RB Aaron Jones (knee, illness). FULL: P Corey Bojorquez (left knew). BALTIMORE: OUT: G Ben Powers (foot). DOUBTFUL: DT Calais Campbell (thigh). QUESTIONABLE: TE Nick Boyle (knee), WR Marquise Brown (illness), QB Lamar Jackson (ankle), OL Patrick Mekari (hand), G Tyre Phillips (illness), FB/DL Patrick Ricard (back/knee), OT Alejandro Villanueva (knee). FULL: WR Miles Boykin (finger), WR Tylan Wallace (concussion), WR Sammy Watkins (knee).
SERIES NOTES: The last time these teams met, it was before Jackson’s arrival with the Ravens, and Rodgers didn’t play because of a broken collarbone. Brett Hundley threw three interceptions, part of a five-turnover day for the Packers.
STATS AND STUFF: Green Bay’s 36-9 regular-season record since 2019 leads all NFL teams. Baltimore is 33-12 during that stretch to rank third, behind the Packers and Kansas City (35-10). … Packers WR/PR Amari Rodgers is the son of Ravens wide receivers coach Tee Martin… Rodgers has thrown 10 touchdown passes without an interception over his last three games despite playing through the toe injury… The Packers are 2-0 against the AFC North this season with victories at Cincinnati and at home against Pittsburgh… The Packers are coming off a 45-30 victory over Chicago. That’s their highest single-game point total since a 53-20 triumph over the Philadelphia Eagles on Nov. 16, 2014… Green Bay has forced three turnovers in each of its last two games… Baltimore has won 13 straight games against the NFC, the longest active streak by a team against the opposing conference. Since the 1970 merger, only New England (17 from 2005-09) has had a longer interconference winning streak… Ravens G Kevin Zeitler has played 903 offensive snaps, the most in the NFL.
