In Week 8, LB Lee Roy Caffey (#60) and S Willie Wood (#24) attempt to stop a Colts ballcarrier. Baltimore came out on top 13-10 in Memorial Stadium.
Facing the Cleveland Browns in Milwaukee in Week 9, rookie RB-KR Travis Williams (#23) ran back two kickoffs for touchdowns. Green Bay squeaked out a 55-7 victory.
Two legendary coaches — Vince Lombardi and George Halas — meet on the field after the Packers beat the Chicago Bears 17-13 in Wrigley Field in Week 11 to clinch the Central Division title.
The final two pages spotlight the Western Conference Playoff in Milwaukee on December 23, 1967, between the Packers and the Coastal Division champion Los Angeles Rams. The Packers won handily, 28-7, earning a spot in the NFL title game to be played on New Year’s Eve in Green Bay.
