Cincinnati at Green Bay — Pre-Game

Here is our first photo gallery from the Cincinnati vs. Green Bay game on Sunday, September 24, 2017. This gallery focuses on everything up until kick-off time. So, let’s begin...

This is the cover of the game program from the Bengals-Packers game.

Here we see the early arrivers waiting in the hot sun outside of the Verizon Gate. The gates of Lambeau Field always open two hours prior to the game — meaning 1:25 p.m. on this day.

An early view of Lambeau Field right after the gates opened. The field wasn’t empty for long, as players came out to warm up very shortly after.

Sunday was the hottest Packers home game ever. We were also at the second-coldest game ever at Lambeau — the 2007 NFC Championship game in January 2008.

WR Randall Cobb ended up being inactive for the game due to an injury suffered during the previous game in Atlanta.

Both sidelines had several misting/cooling fans placed around the bench areas.

QB Joe Callahan throwing in pre-game. If he plays, it means that either the Packers are up buy so many points that even QB Brett Hundley has been pulled from mop-up duty — or that something catastrophic has occurred.

He didn’t know it yet, but K Mason Crosby (#2) was practicing here for his overtime winning kick.

For those of you who revel in Packers equipment minutiae (you know who you are), here are some of the labels on the sideline equipment bags.
