We came upon these photos while looking for something else, but can’t pass up the opportunity to show them on the blog. They were taken during the Packers’ end-of-the-season west coast swing on December 9, 1962. In those days, the team would finish the year out where the weather was warm compared to what it was back in Green Bay. This was the season they finished with a 13-1 record on the way to their second consecutive World Championship under head coach Vince Lombardi. On this particular day, they beat San Francisco by a score of 31-21 in old Kezar Stadium.
