It’s Green Bay Packers’ legendary QB Bart Starr as a spokesman for the Independent Insurance Agents of Indiana, Inc. This is from the December 26, 1969 issue, which was at the end of a season where Starr threw less passes than his back-up, Don Horn, and the team finished with a 8-6-0 record. The “Glory Days” were indeed over by this time.
