Lambeau Field in 1991

Unless you’ve been to Lambeau Field since 2003, these photos may not mean much to you. The photos were taken by your Packerville, U.S.A. editor on a stadium tour back in 1991. We had our tickets to the games in Milwaukee, but getting inside Lambeau was a rarity for us back then. This was also, we believe, the first year that stadium tours were offered. The photo above was taken from the vantage point of the N.W. corner, looking towards the opponents’ sideline.

We believe this view is from the South end zone, looking towards where our seats are currently located in the North end zone (two rows directly above the play clock over the tunnel).

This is another shot from the N.W. corner of the stadium, looking S.E.

This final view is taken from the South end zone looking N.W. along the Packers’ sideline, and giving us a great view of the old press box that was expanded and renovated several times over the years, but was still part of the original structure until the recent renovation started in 2001.
